TENS Treatment

TENS, or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, Tens is tailored to the needs of the client, a back pain treatment that uses low voltage electric current to relieve pain.  The electrodes are placed over the area in pain, and current is sent through the electrodes, stimulating the sensory nerves and creating a tingling sensation that reduces the feeling of pain.

This therapy is added to Deep Tissue, Cupping, Myofascial if needed at no charge.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist uses special cups on your skin to create suction. Cupping is a method of breaking up the blockage to restore the body's natural flow of energy. Muscles that have been injured, undergone trauma or exertion, accumulate lactic acid and other toxins, massage cupping can be used to drain these toxins so the muscles can heal *I use silicone cups to perform the suction*

Benefits of Cupping:
- pain relief: increases blood flow, lymph flow, and circulation
- detoxification
- injuries: fast healing of muscles, ligaments, and tendons

On site Corporate Chair Massage

15 minutes: $25.00
30 minutes: $50.00

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
